Then we will visit to World largest Marble Buddha Image (Law Ka Chantar Abaya Laba Muni) and explore the Royal White Elephant camp. Then we will move to the Chauk Htat Gyi Pagoda which is the fourth largest colossal reclining image in Myanmar and is 67m long. Lunch at Local Restaurant . After Lunch transfer to hotel for check in , Late afternoon - Firstly we will go to the Botahtaung Pagoda which is located at the bank of Yangon River, then to the Sule Pagoda which is the city center of Yangon to see the bustling life of Burmese people, City Hall and the ancient colonial buildings... In the evening, we will visit the most magnificent and spectacular religious edifice, Shwedagon Pagoda before the sun set and enjoys the elegant stupa while it changes the shining of gold in different tones according to the radiant of the setting of sun. then move to China town where seasonable fruits are available .Then we will enjoy the dinner at a good local Restaurant. After an early breakfast, start a long distance journey to Mawlamyaing by a private car (7 hour drive).On the way, tour sighseeing to Htauk Kyant War Cemetery, Shwethalyaung Buddha, reclining Buddha is 55 m long and 16 m high in Bago. Then, resume your journey stopping in Kyaikhto for lunch at a local restaurant which will be arrange by yourself. Afer lunch, continue driving to Mawlamyaing. On the way, you will feel the country side with many typical rural Burmese villages.
Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel for check in. Mawlamyaing is the capital of the Mon State and although it is Myanmar’s third largest city it retains a quiet charm of a sleepy fishing village. The town is located on the Gulf of Mottama at the mouth of the Thanlwin River. There is time this afternoon to stroll along Strand Road where colonial buildings overlook the river.

After breakfast at the hotel, start to visit Thanpyu Zayat, one of the historical sites of World War II is located in Thanpyuzayat, 64 kilometres of south of Mawlamyine, the third largest city of Myanmar. This was the western terminus of the notorious Burma-Siam Railway, known as “Death Railway”. In this remote town, one can see a locomotive and piece of rail trek commemorating the Burma-Siam Railway on display. There is also the Allied War Cemetery where 3771 graves of Allied soldiers who gave their lives for the construction of death railway line during the world war. The cemetery lies a kilometer west of the clock tower in the town. One can easily observed a small zinc roofed shelter with eight pillars in the middle of the town. That is the symbol of the town to be called Thanpyuzayat. Thanpyu means zinc and zayat means shelter. Tour continues with a visit to Mudon's hand weaving workshops. After visiting Thanphyuzayat, will drive to Kyaikami, small town where Judson, an American Priest, arrived in 1825, with a nice view of beach is called Setse here some shopping at the colorful local "souvenir shop". After that we will return to Mawlamyaing, on the way you will see very long and large reclining Buddha Image (Win Sein Taw Ya) and Kyaikmaraw pagoda, built by Queen Shin Saw Pu in 1455 in the late Mon regional style on the way. Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight in Mawlamyine.
After breakfast at the hotel, start with a morning visit to the bustling colorful Zeigyi (central market) to see the variety of wares on sale. Wander through the dozens of stalls where local vendors come to buy and sell their wares. Continue through the downtown streets stopping to visit the colonial buildings, mosque and other landmarks of the city.
The last stop for the morning is at Holy Family Cathedral. Built during the colonial era, this church has a beautiful interior rarely seen by tourists. Nearby is Judson’s Church which was built in 1827 by Dr. Judson who is the first missionary to Burma and translated the Bible into Burmese.
After lunch and a rest at the hotel, head to the eastern mountains hillside stupa to visit Kyaik Thanlan Pagoda, the city’s landmark which was built in 875 AD, it enshrines the Tripitaka Buddhist manuscripts as well as a hair relic from the Buddha. The 40 meters high stupa is located on a hill surrounded by 34 smaller Zediyan pagodas.
Next you will visit the ancient Queen Sein Don Monastery (locally known as Yada Bonmyint Monastery). This Monastery is more as 100 years old and is famous for its intricate woodcarving and Burmese crafts inside. It was founded by Queen Sein Don who had to flee Mandalay at the time that Myanmar’s last monarch, King Thibaw Min, took power. She became home sick and asked the local carpenters to build a monastery in the replica style of her former palace.Afternoon Excursion to Shampoo Island we set off for a full day of excursions on water to capture a blend of scenery and local lifestyles. we head to the jetty for a short boat ride to Shampoo Island, known in the Mon language as Ta Kaw Pon Za Lai. The island sits at the confluence of five rivers meet and it was here where the Mon Kings used to hold ritualistic shampooing ceremonies during the local water festival, Thingyan. Spend 30-45 minutes on the island exploring the monastery, nunnery and pagoda.
After your visit of Shampoo Island, transfer back across the water to Mawlamein.
Then return back to Mawlamyine overnight is in the hotel in Mawlamein.
After early breakfast, start the long journey start with the private vehicle to Hpa-an.
Just outside of the city stop at Kha Yon Cave, a beautiful natural cave where locals do come to worship and say their prayers to ask for good health and prosperity. In addition to viewing the many Buddha statues you will also see many beautiful stalagmites and stalactites which have formed natural over the centuries.
Your next stop will be Kadoe Kawnat village where you will visit Kawnat Monastery. This magnificent monastery with beautiful woodcarving was built a century ago by a villager named U Nar Ouat, who was famed in those days for his wealth and generosity. It was because of his donation that this religious site was build nearby his village.
Upon arrival at Hpa An, you will firstly visit Kyauk Kalat, a pagoda which is built on layers of natural rock formations. Flanked by a Lake, the scenery guarantees a great photo opportunity.
Proceed to the foot hill of the 722 m high Mt. Zwe Kabin. This sacred mountain has several thousand identical Buddha statues lined up at its base. Continue with a short walk to the waterfalls where you will enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. (own account)
After lunch, continue your sightseeing with a visit to Kaw Gun Cave also known as the ‘Cave of the Ten Thousand Buddhas’. As you walk through the cave, you will see more than 2000 votive tablets of Lord Buddha and Mon inscriptions. One inscription is so ancient that, to this day, no scholar has been able to interpret it.

After Breakfast, transfer to the local jetty for boat ride on Than Lwin River. Then drive to Kyaikthiyo (Golden Rock), one of Myanmar’s landmarks, this is famous for its precarious position and religious important. Kyaikthiyo the “Golden Rock”, a huge boulder completely covered by gold leaf and delicately balanced on the edge of a cliff. Arrive at the base camp of Kinpun and proceed to the Golden Rock by open truck about an hour mountain drive to Golden Rock Pagoda. Enjoy sunset beauty on hill top and overnight at hotel in Kyaikhtiyo.
After breakfast at hotel, take five minutes walk to open track gate. Then drive down to the base camp and visit to Bago. Make a short visit of Bago town tour including Bago Local Market, Kanbawza Thardi Palace built by King Bayinnaung, Kalyani Sima (Ordination Hall), Shwemawdaw Pagoda and Wood Carving Industry.
